This notice explains how information entered into this website’s booking system is used.
What the booking system collects
Your name, contact email, phone number, country, selected service, session format, selected duration, currency, quoted fee, time zone, preferred appointment time, consent and request status. A sign-in identifier associates requests with your account.
Why these details are needed
MKATRI uses these details to review availability and service suitability, coordinate appointments, communicate decisions and manage booking records. Payment is arranged separately; this form does not collect card or banking details.
Access and storage
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. You can access your own requests after signing in. The designated booking administrator can view and manage requests. The website uses Supabase for email accounts and secure sign-in, Resend for account confirmation and password-reset emails, and hosted website infrastructure for booking records and files. Essential cookies keep you signed in. ChatGPT sign-in remains available for access to bookings created with an original ChatGPT account.
Keep sensitive information out of this form
Do not enter medical records, diagnosis details, identity documents or details about violence or abuse. Any private discussion should take place through a suitable channel agreed with the team. For a minor, a parent or guardian should coordinate the booking.
Your choices and requests
You can cancel pending or approved requests in My bookings. Cancellation changes the booking status and does not automatically erase the record. Contact dumi@mkatriconsults.net to request access, correction or deletion of booking information, or to ask about retention and data handling.
International enquiries
Online requests are welcome from different countries. Acceptance depends on the service, practitioner availability and suitability for your location. Submitting a request does not establish a confirmed clinical appointment.
Payment proof and verification
If you upload payment proof, the website stores your PDF or image, payment method, reference, submission time and verification status. The booking owner and designated administrator can access the proof after signing in. These files are used to verify payment and are not published as public links. Upload only the relevant receipt and hide unrelated transactions or balances. The administrator records the verified amount, currency and any payment note. Contact us to request correction or deletion of payment records.
Contact form enquiries
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, topic, message and consent are saved in this website’s hosted database for the designated administrator to review and respond.
